Oaktree Solutions, the national public affairs and venture consulting firm, today announced that Albert J. Pirro, Jr., a veteran land use and zoning attorney with over four decades of experience, has joined the firm as a Strategic Advisor. In this new role, Pirro will provide strategic counsel to Oaktree’s clients in the real estate, healthcare, and infrastructure sectors, with a focus on land use and complex transactional projects.

Pirro is currently a Partner at Abrams Fensterman, LLP, where he practices in the Land Use and Zoning group. Over his 45-year career, he has built a reputation as a results-driven attorney representing major commercial and real property clients throughout the Hudson Valley and beyond.
In addition to his land use practice, Pirro brings deep experience in commercial, real estate, and business law, along with litigation, arbitration, and mediation expertise. He has also served as a registered lobbyist at both the New York State and federal levels, representing clients such as the Greater New York Hospital Association and its 300 affiliated hospitals.
